The Office, Recreated on Slack

I guess this should be under “Work,” but how do you even begin to define MSCHF? While everyone worked from home in 2020, the internet virality-chasing art collective decided to adapt the most popular workplace sitcom ever on Slack.

I helped adapt several seasons worth of episodes to Slack-able scripts for audiences to watch unfold live from 9-5. The project received more than 20,000 unique viewers and coverage from several media outlets. I also played the role of Michael Scott during the live “performances.” <takes a bow>

Anti-Advertising Advertising Club

This one didn’t win anyone any friends. MSCHF created the “Anti-Advertising Advertising Club” and offered to pay TikTok users to post jingles talking smack on some of the world’s biggest brands. For my part, I spoofed angry Facebook uncles and Fashion Nova’s design theft by writing lyrics to parody versions of “Hey Jude” and “We Didn’t Start the Fire.”
